Basic Kung Fu Program

The Basic Program is for students that are 8 and older that have either graduated from the Kung Fu Kids Program or are new incoming students. 


Each 45 minute long class focuses on a variety of warmups, memorization of basic form/pattern work, self defense applications, line training for punching and kicking, body weight exercises and stretching routines that will provide a fun and challenging experience.  Testing for qualified students can happen as often as every 2 months but never more than 4 times in a year, and is where the student is judged on their currently learned, as well as previously learned material. 

There are four classes per week provided as a member of this program and the student may take advantage of as many as they'd like.  Call to schedule your free introductory lesson today!
